Use this page to request deletion of your Hardware EEZ customer account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your account will be made inaccessible, your active sessions will be revoked, and your live profile details will be masked.
  • We may retain records where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory reasons.
  • If you have a subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not cancel app-store billing.

When it takes effect

Your account is deleted immediately after you verify your mobile number and confirm this action. You will be signed out of Hardware EEZ on all devices.
